Do I need a PayPal account to buy stuff?

No. We currently use Authorize.net for payment processing, but on occasion we also use PayPal. PayPal really wants you to set up an account, but there is no need to. We recommend that you use the normal credit card purchase option if you do not want to setup an account through PayPal.
